  • Returns to Munich. Acquaintance and friendship with Leon Foichtvangker. The movement of Spartacus, who had taken great dimensions, drowned in blood and performed by Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg. Brecht monitor closely the movement in Munich and Augsburg and, although it is not an active member, helps epanastatets. He joined the socialist, communist later, Volkswille newspaper (People’s Will) as a theater critic. Influenced by the expressionists (eg Frank Wedekind), but then criticize. Born the son of Frank from his fiancee Paula Bancholtser. He meets the popular Bavarian comedian of Munich Karl Valentin and writes for him the one act plays: Petty Marriage, Lux in Tenebris, The Beggar or the Dead Dog, Exorcises the Devil. Plays: Spartacus, Drums in the night (1920).
